I've used one of Ann's lovely sentiments from the Get Well Soon Sentiments set, along with a cute little mouse and flower from Bugaboo.
Be sure to use a sentiment somewhere on your card, and to follow the theme however you may interpret it. While Ann (Raindrop Echo Designs) offers fabulous freebies, and also sells a wide variety of sentiment stamps at Whimsy Stamps, you are free to use any sentiment.
