Guest Post - Party Time Tuesdays #13

Today I have a card as a Guest Designer at Party Time Tuesdays! If you're looking for some great birthday card inspiration, be sure to visit Kristie and the Design Team!

This is challenge #13, and the theme is: Child's Birthday

I've used Billy Blast Off from Clear Dollar Stamps, and Scenic Route paper. The image is stamped on PTI, and colored with Copics. The pearls are by Queen and Co, and the sentiment has Star Dust stickles around it.
