Tuesday Throwdown #190 - Weather Report

Hi there crafty friends!  This week's challenge at Tuesday Throwdown (TT190) is "Weather Report", sponsored by Digital Delights.  The image I've used, 'Chef Luigi', can be found in their online store. I've colored him with Copics, die cut a tree/branch, and snipped off some leaves to blow around him on a windy day.  I hope you'll find the time to join us for the Tuesday Throwdown challenge this week!
