Hi there crafty friends!  This week's challenge at Tuesday Throwdown (TT212) is a "Recipe Challenge" (1 image, 2 papers, and 3 flowers), and we're being sponsored by A Day for Daisies.

For this little card, I've used the sweet faerie, "Holding a Flower" that can be found on the A Day for Daisies website.  She's been colored with Copic markers, glittery Smooch has been added to her wings, and I've added some tiny bling to several of the flower centers.  The flowers are added from my stash.

Tuesday Throwdown #206 - Something Other Than a Card or Tag

Hi there crafty friends!  This week's challenge at Tuesday Throwdown (TT206) is "Something Other Than a Card or Tag", and we're being sponsored by Creations by AR.  

Besides being fun to make, this has got to be one of the cutest gift bag ideas that I've seen!  It really looks like a fabric tote when it's done, and it's a lovely size (approximately 5 1/2" x 5 1/4").  The small envelope on the front is a change purse that can easily be used for a note, and inside the tote is another pocket that would be perfect for a gift card.

This fabulous template is called, Haute Tote, and it can be found in the Creations by AR online store. I've used 2 patterned papers, and finished with some bling, a layered flower, and a bit of seam binding I've dyed .  I hope you'll find the time to join just us at Tuesday Throwdown this week!

Hi there crafty friends!  This week's challenge at Tuesday Throwdown (TT198) is "Paints/Mists", sponsored by Robyn's Fetish.  The crown image I've used on this 6 x 4 PL/pocket card, can be found in their online store. 

I've sprayed the printed background with some OA Sprinklers (pink balloon) mist, colored the crown with Smooch paints, used a few K.I. rhinestones, added a touch of Stickles (star dust) as the center gem, used a tiny flower punch, added more bling, and finished with some gray copic marker as an outline.  I hope you'll find the time to join just us at Tuesday Throwdown this week!
