Crochet Flowers...

I've been playing with yarn a bit this afternoon, trying to find a good crochet flower that would work on cards. I'd still love to find something smaller.  If anyone has a link to one that's small (and easy) I would love it if you'd share! These are the three types I tried (haven't added buttons or anything to them yet):

This, of course, is my favorite. I may just use this one on a project soon.

these are beautiful. i would think a thinner yarn and/or a thread would make them smaller!

Kimberly, your flowers are just gorgeous. I love that second one too - it's so elegant! I did some crochet too because the blossoms look so good on cards but I then found the "string" (like at Wal-mart) in the yarn/fabric section. It's thinner and you use a smaller hook. Your blossoms will definitely come out smaller because of the thread - it's what you use to make filigree projects or doilies. I hope this help. I'd love to see how yours turned out. If you like, I can see you a photo of mine - just e-mail me.

Love those flowers!!I see someone already gave you the infor about using crochet thread. I used to make lots of flowers with the thread or pearl cotton which is a little thicker.
