Flutter By Wednesday #140 - Open

This is week #140 on Flutter By Wednesday and with this new week comes a fun new challenge!  The challenge this week is:  Open
We're being sponsored by Michelle Perkett this week, so this beautiful faerie is one of her images.  If you haven't taken a look at her work, please be sure you do!  The image has been colored with Copics, and has Stickles added to the wings.  I've also used a flower (Heidi Swapp ?), with a gem in the middle that I used alcohol ink to color.  The Love ticket is one from the Tim Holtz Adage Tickets.

Please be sure to use a butterfly, faerie, or angel on your new card or project. When your creation has been uploaded to your blog/gallery, please add a direct link to your work on the FBW blog.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

A Touch of Christmas #13

This is week #13 of A Touch of Christmas, and I've added a few more small gift cards to my Christmas stash. I used another adorable digi stamp by Michelle Perkett, colored them with Copics, adhered them to some red PTI cardstock, and then to some white cardstock to make little cards. This digi was another freebie, how lucky is that?  So sorry for the poor photo quality on this one!  I just could not get a picture without a shadow tonight, and I wasn't home early enough this afternoon to get them finished up before I lost the natural light.
Be sure to stop back here later this morning for some wonderful fun with Meljen's Designs (if it's after 7AM EST then just click the Faerie Tales banner to refresh the blog and see the post above this one)!

A Touch of Christmas #12

This is week #12 of A Touch of Christmas, just me trying to get ahead on next Christmas! More gift tags this week. Those are what I really need to be focusing on for a while. I used this adorable digi stamp by Michelle Perkett, colored them with Copics, added snowflakes to the back, along with a To and From, and cut everything with my Nesties. This digi was a freebie, and of course you couldn't ask for something more perfect for a Christmas Gift Tag. Pretty awesome that so many talented artists share their work with us, let alone those wonderful freebie surprises!
Have a great week, and I'll see you next time!
