CIP - Masculine Notebook

Hi CIP followers!  I have a little notebook for you today, and I've used some pretty CIP colors to add lots of shimmer to this project (and the little TGF image I used).  The CI paints are Evergreen, Green Olive, Mango, and Onyx.  The Mango was used on the punched piece, and I also made a wash by adding water to a few drops of paint and brushing it over the starred background paper.  Each of these items can be found in the Creative Inspirations Paint store.

A Closer Look:
Here are the CIP products that I've used on this project:

Here are a few Challenges I'm Entering:
Anyone for Anya - Recycled (the notebook)
Moving Along with the Times - One for the Boys
Fussy and Fancy Challenge #88 - Anything Goes
DL.Art Thankful Thursday Linky Challenge - Anything Goes

Thanks so much for stopping by!

CIP - Happy Valentine's Day

Hi there CIP fans, Happy Valentine's Day!  I've made a card for the holiday, and used plenty of shimmer from the Creative Inspirations Paint store.  The image is accented with Inspirations paint in Burnt Clay and a touch of Sea Foam.  The background die cuts are also in Sea Foam and Burnt Clay Creative Inspirations Paint.  I finished the card off with a bit of bling, and some cut out hearts that I've edged in Sea Foam.  I accented the hearts by dipping my finger in the paint and lightly running along the edges. (great fun, and it washed right off with soap and water)
Here is a closer look at the CIP products that I've used:
Here are a few challenges I'm entering:
Totally Papercrafts - #153 - Valentines or Love
Allsorts Challenge - #193 - Valentines
Crazy 4 Challenges - #172 - Hearts (no pink or red)
Anyone for Anya - Hearts
Crafty Sentiments - Valentines
One Crazy Stamper - Love

CIP - Pretty in Sea Foam

Hi there CIP fans!  I've made a card for any occasion to share with you today, and of course I've used lots of shimmer from the Creative Inspirations Paint store.  The image is accented with Inspirations paint in Sea Foam, as well as a touch of Blue Ice.  The larger flower is painted in the Sea Foam, and the scalloped background she's on is in Burnt Clay.  I finished the card off with the Burnt Clay on the two small roses to tie everything together.
Here is a closer look at the CIP products that I've used:

Flutter By Wednesday #110

Challenge #110 is another theme week at Flutter By Wednesday! In addition to using a butterfly, faerie, or angel on your new card or project, the theme this week is flowers. A great time of year for inspiration with the flowers blooming in many parts of the world. Thanks goes to Kris for this fun theme! When your card/project is ready, please add a direct link to your work on the FBW blog.

I've used Fleur Anya from The Greeting Farm, and a butterfly from Studio Calico in making this card.  The flowers and leaves are made usng Marvy and EK Success punches.

Spotlight Anya

The little cutie on the front of this card is Anya from the Spotlight Scrap Kit by The Greeting Farm. Is she adorable, or what? The 'My Friend' sentiment is from the same set. I'm so hoping they do more kits like this, they may even get me back to doing some scrapbooking!

This is the inside of the card with another of Ann Vento's fabulous sentiments! Be sure to stop by and visit her Raindrop Echo Designs blog, and what for tomorrow's digi release at Whimsy Stamps.

I'm entering this card in a few challenges:

Guest post at Raise the Bar

Hope everyone is having a great Friday! It's a gloomy day today, but we can always use the rain that's so rare this time of year.

I was a guest this week on Raise the Bar for challenge #8, and their theme for this challenge is: Go Green. You can stop by their blog to enter: HERE

I used Hello Ian from The Greeting Farm, he is SUCH a cutie, isn't he? I used some Basic Grey DP (Origins) and Core'dinations solids. Added a bit of silk ribbon and gems and colored him with Copic markers with a bit of paper piecing (hat and scarf).

Glamour

This little cutie is Glamour, she's one of the new Cheeky Cherry gals from The Greeting Farm. I colored her (with Copic Sketch, Creative Inspirations, and Smooch) and then matched up the papers (using Bo Bunny and Core'dinations), and accents (with Maya Road Ticket stamp, Prima flowers, Kaisercraft Pearls, Blue Moon Charm, Beads, Mini Clothespin).  I've missed creating cards that way!

This card fits in with a few challenge themes:
Anyone for Anya? - I used a new image
Cute Card Thursday #100 - I used a charm and pin for 'Metal Mania'
Stamp, Scrap & Doodle #28 - I used a charm
Allsorts Challenge #40 - I used a 'Ticket'

The 'weekend crew' with Danni had a ribbon theme this weekend, I was able to use some! (and really need to use them more often!)

Thanks so much for stopping by!

50's Sweetheart

A sweet digi I just had to try out from The Greeting Farm! I started out using some scraps for the green lines and flower, and then realized I needed a larger piece for the background. I'm sure the other ladies did much better than I did using my scraps this weekend. This card actually fit into several challenges, which was really fun.

Crazy 4 Challenges #23: Be My Valentine
Tuesday Morning Sketches #31: Sketch Challenge
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge #36: Valentine's or Love
Stampin' for the Weekend: Valentines Themed
Raise the Bar #4: Hearts
Creative Card Crew #44: Valentine's
Stamp, Scrap & Doodle Saturdays #26: Valentine with a twist...no RED (the darkest color in the card is actually a very deep pink, not red)

What I used:
Stamp: 50's Sweetheart digi from The Greeting Farm
Paper: Bo Bunny, Papertrey Ink, Core'dinations
Ink: Copic Sketch, Shimmerz, Creative Inspirations
Accents: Die cuts with Nestabilities by Spellbinders, MS Punch, Gem

TGF - CHA Relay - Prince Ian

This was my entry for Day 4 in The Greeting Farm's CHA Relay. It's the last digi for the relay, as there has been much trouble caused by all of us eager participants. (as a large group accessing the site the server had a difficult time keeping up and was crashing) This was certainly a fun time (maybe not so much for the wonderful women who were trying to keep up with us all), and I just had to use Prince Ian even without the challenge. Every image of him is just adorable.

You can find the Prince Ian digi on The Greeting Farm's blog: HERE

What I used:
Stamp: Prince Ian Digi from The Greeting Farm, sentiment is just something I typed up on the computer and printed
Paper: DCWV, Core'dinations
Accents: Pearls by Queen and Co., the castle is just something I cut from scrap

Thanks so much for stopping by!

TGF - CHA Relay - Toby Cub

Wow, I was really confused, but it looks like I'm actually on track and this little guy gets posted to the TGF blog tomorrow.  lol  I feel so bad for the lovely ladies trying to keep up with us there, as they're trying to deal with all of the confusion that's gone on.  It's been a fun challenge, and I have to say that I really appreciate their hard work.

You can find the CHA Relay challenge information:  HERE
