CIP - Note Card and Envelope

Hi CIP followers!  I have a small card and envelope for you today, and I've used several of the CIP colors.  Fuchsia, Onyx, Green, Olive, and Winter Frost.  I've also used a bit of clear Jeweled Inspirations bling on the note card.  Each of these items can be found in the Creative Inspirations Paint store.

CIP - Easter Bunny

Hi CIP fans!  I needed to get an Easter card done for someone, and chose this sweet Bugaboo bunny image!  I had fun with the Creative Inspirations Paint adding color to the background papers, and giving the bunny some shimmer here and there.  I've used Sky Blue, Blush, and Green Olive from the Creative Inspirations Paint colors.  The card is cut from a Sizzix die for a tent card, and the ovals are Spellbinders.

While I haven't used any of the seam binding on this card, I did make some while I had these colors out.  I only use 2 small drops for about 3 yards of white seam binding, and mix it with a spray I make that has an alcohol base.  You'll see there are 2 different pinks.  There was more than a drop or two left over, so I actually added a bit of water to it and got the lighter shade.  I'll be using them in some upcoming projects.
Here's the back of the card:

Flutter By Wednesday #160 - Open

Welcome to week #160 with Flutter By Wednesdays!  The challenge this week is:  Open (please remember to have a butterfly, faerie, or angel in/on your project)  We're also sponsored by Through the Craftroom Door, so be sure to check that out!
For this week's challenge I used some BasicGrey dp, added a Sizzix Buttefly and branch with leaves, and some bling.  I've matted the sentiment on an EK Success punch and a Doily die cut by MFT.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and please be sure to stop by the FBW blog to see what the other team members have come up with to inspire you to play along!

Sentimental Sundays #16 - Ribbon or Lace

Welcome back for a new challenge with Sentimental Sundays. This is challenge #16, and the theme this week is: Ribbon or Lace
I've used a sentiment by the lovely Ann (Raindrop Echo Designs) on my project this week. I've also used die cuts made with Sizzix and Papertrey Ink dies, a bit of lace and ribbon, flowers by Prima, and a touch of Ranger's distressing inks. Don't forget to check for a free set of sentiments on the Sentimental Sundays blog, you don't want to miss them!

Be sure to use a sentiment somewhere on your card or project, and to follow the theme however you may interpret it. While Ann (Raindrop Echo Designs) offers fabulous freebies, and also sells a wide variety of sentiment stamps at Whimsy Stamps, you are free to use any sentiment. Be sure to link up on the Sentimental Sundays blog before the next challenge to be in the running for a fabulous prize, and use a direct link to make it easy for us to find your new card or project.

A Crafty Little Place Challenge #51 - Tag

Flutter By Wednesday #100

Good Morning, and welcome back for this week's Flutter By Wednesday! Today's challenge is #100, can you believe it? Wow! Congratulations Danni for having such a fun and successful challenge blog!  You're such a sweet person, and it really is a pleasure to be part of this wonderful team.  Thanks so much for everything!

This is an open week (butterflies, faeries or angels), so be sure to add your direct link to Mr. Linky on the FBW blog. You can find more information about the challenge by visiting the Flutter By Wednesday blog: HERE
If you have some time, please check out what the other DT members have created. Their links can be found in the sidebar on the Flutter By blog, as well as in my own sidebar to the right.

Karen had a lovely idea for the DT, and she asked that each of us create a Butterfly Box! A surprise for Danni who really loves butterflies. Thank you Karen, it was a thoughtful idea, and such a fun project!  If you're interested in the butterfly boxes you can find the information on how to create one of your own: HERE

I've used a Sizzix die set for my butterfly, with some Recollections pearls on the antennae, and on the back I've used some butterfly paper from Prima. It looks rather plain when it's empty, but would make a nice little gift basket for Spring.

Bunnyfly - VC Stamp Challenges #14

During my time away from stamping over the past few years some very creative people have designed digi-stamps. Who knew? I sure didn’t!

Visiting some lovely stamping blogs led me to VC Stamp Challenges yesterday, and I sent an email requesting a free digi-stamp to use on an entry in this week’s challenge. Victoria kindly sent me 2 to choose from! I’ve used one, and will use the other little cutie for a future challenge. (Victoria Case Art Designs sells both digi and rubber stamps.)

The challenge colors are Brown and Blue, and here is my first card made with a digi-stamp:
Supplies Used:
Digi-stamp: Bunnyfly (Victoria Case Designs), Clear Stamp: Thinking of You (Everyday Jar-gone by Clear Dollar Stamps)
Paper: Solid Brown and Blue (The Paper Co), Blue Print (Taj Mahal by DCVW), Brown Print (Luxury by DCWV)
